Description:
Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates. Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates. Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customers needs. Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers. Able to understand and advance company's compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Recruiting (IT is helpful)
- Positive attitude
- Event participation/coordination
- WorkDay, Yello, Handshake
- A high sense of urgency, positive attitude, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work in a high volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Speaking with candidates via phone and in person, resume reviews, partnering with the business on hires, event management, engagement with colleges and universities, filling openings and owning program outcomes
- Full-Cycle Recruiting, Event Participation, Internship Support and Ownership
